Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Eligibility for Returns: You can exchange any purchased product (except customised products) within 10 to 14 working days, beginning on the day after you received your order. All products exchanged must be received by us in the same condition must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.  All products will be inspected and any product that is found to be in an unsuitable condition or with tags removed will not be processed and sent back to you to the original delivery address. Please note that we cannot accept the exchange of any customised product unless it is faulty.We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. If you wish to exchange a product, please email us at info@rameeroshany.com and we will provide the address where to return the product to. Please note that if you are returning a product to us for any reason other than the product being faulty. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
