Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept exchanges within 10 to 14 working days from the day after you receive your order.

Eligibility for Exchange:
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Customised products cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
• All returned items are inspected — items in unsuitable condition or with tags removed will be sent back to you.

Return Shipping:
Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
